Applications related to the EG * NET shall refer to MAMPU portal (http://www.1govnet.gov.my/)

Application Smart Card and Smart Card Reader

No Organization Process
1 Accounting Office ( LA ) Accounting Office ( LA ) identify and appoint the Chairman of the responsibility or individual authorized as Authorised Personnel ( AP ) for the smart card eSPKB
2 Authorised Personnel (AP) / User Head of the Centre or the responsibility of the authorized person ( AP appointed ) identify users eSPKB

Users fill out an application form and attach a copy of the smart card IC

Complete the form Notice to Commence Public Key Infrastructure Services for the list of applicants to apply for smart cards and smart card readers

Submit the application directly to the ABLE (starting December 1, 2010 )
3 MAMPU (RA) MAMPU the application process and submit a package of smart cards to Authorised Personnel ( AP )
4 Authorised Personnel (AP) AP receive a package of smart cards and distribute to consumers
