1. How do I apply for Eg*Net line ?
 
Fill up the form for Eg*Net 01 for new line application, Eg*Net 02 to cancel the line or Eg*Net 03 to transfer a line. The complete form has to be handed to the Electronic Government Application Project Office (EGAG).
2. How do I apply for a Smartcard ?
 
Fill up the Electronic Government Smartcard application form and send it to the Accountancy Office (PP). PP will then proceed to send the application to Electronic Government Application Project Office (EGAG).
3. What do I do if I lost my Smartcard ?
 
Make a police report immediately and attach a new application for a new Smartcard.
4. What do I do if I am experiencing difficulties in e-SPKB system ?
 
Proceed to contact Helpdesk EGAG by dialing 03-88821436, 1356, 1472, 1323 or 1214. Aside from that, consumers can also e-mail to helpdeskegag@anm.gov.my.
5. How do I make references on e-SPKB system ?
 
Refer to the PTJ e-SPKB User Guideline at EGAG’s website http://egag.anm.gov.my/
