INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MALAYSIAN PUBLIC SECTOR ACCOUNTING STANDARDS ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (MPSAS), THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL'S DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA (AGD) FOR THE YEAR 2025

2.            Kindly be informed that the Accountant General’s Department of Malaysia (AGD) has introduced the MPSAS Certification Program since 2022 to formally recognize the competency level of officers in applying accounting knowledge and expertise related to work processes, regulations, resources, decision-making capabilities and time management. Officers who successfully complete the program will be awarded the MPSAS Certification and granted the professional title of Certified MPSAS Practitioner or CMP(JANM) by The Accountant General's Department of Malaysia (AGD). Accordingly, the program will be organized once again this year, as detailed below:

3.         Please note that this offer is specifically open to accounting officers from Ministry Accounting Divisions and State Accounting Offices in accordance with the Accountant General's directive during PPSM Meeting No. 3/2024, which states that each should have at least two (2) certified officers to assist all the departments under their supervision.
