CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY ON iGFMAS SYSTEM AND e-PENYATA GAJI & LAPORAN 2021

 It is informed that Information and Technology Management Division (BPTM), Accountant General's Department of Malaysia is currently conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey on iGFMAS System and e-Penyata Gaji & Laporan. The results of this study will be used to improve the system and support service for the customers in the future.

 YBhg. Dato'/Sir/Madam, you are kindly requested to inform the officers at your respected agencies to complete the survey starting from 01 until 30 September 2021.
